Music + Inspiration

For a side project I’m working on, I’m going to be filming a sort of music montage/possibly a music video. So I wandered off to find some inspiration for how I could exactly edit and carry out the video.

This-although ‘fanmade’-I felt the cuts were really well done. I especially loved the frames that cut to differing people all doing a similar action like the woman twirling with her dress fanning out. And of course-even though it may sound just a little bit sadistic-the agony of the girl that happens after the title screen appears just makes me really giddy inside. Absolutely love how it was done.

Inspiration Note

Wanted to keep track of artists people have shown me. This guy I like to think of as being an Asia-stationed-Banksy.

Europe=Banksy. Asia=Nuke. Makes me want to joke and just ask where is the America-stationed Banksy at.

But anyhow I enjoy that he utilized stickers as they’re something so small but can make such an impact. Small and in numbers. Almost like the people on the planet. Actually a lot like the people of the planet. And of course well…his words make me think even more on top of whatever else I’m thinking on.

Pipeline Inspiration

Inspiration for a pipeline project that Im currently pondering about. I love storytelling and this really tickled my fancy both animation, story, and cutsey-but oh so dark-wise. I’ll be thinking more on specific details on what exactly I want to do but animation has to be existent somewhere in my project.

Maybe I’ll be able to do previous projects that I’ve always had in the works. Hmm. <~< I’ll see..

Product of my First official video!

Video I Slices of Life; Stills

A video project I’m working on, I ventured out into the weather when it got really snowy and then it warmed up to a considerable degree the day afterwards. It proved to have some interesting effects. I really wanted to capture smoke and fog but I was only able to capture just a few moments of that. I however did capture lovely water. I’ll be using this later for reference in future projects.

Im overall pretty happy with the final product however.

Oh and Cameo from my pup Skully. He decided he wanted to be in my shots as well.

Menagerie; Pop goes the Weasel

For the Menagerie project if I were to go down the path of a mini animation, this perhaps could be a possible music choice. If not an animation, this is definitely a piece of inspiration for the illustrations.
